Most people have no idea how good their body is designed to feel. At True Bod we use Gymnastics Training techniques to strengthen, mobilise & condition the entire body. With a unique focus on increasing mobility & strengthening connective tissue, and will ensure you build long, lean muscles, mobile joints & strength you never thought possible!

This class focuses on upper and lower body stretching specific to gymnastics. Mobility, strength and flexibility work hand in hand when it comes to gymnastics training and an equal emphasis is placed across these components. This class takes a slower pace to work on increasing mobility in the muscles and joint movement through, static flexibility, active flexibility and PNF stretching. Don’t expect to get your sweat on during this class, but rather expect to move parts of your body that you may not have known existed!
By combining battle ropes, pulleys, and rope climbing, this beginner level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.
A class to develop your strength in your upper and lower body through gymnastics strength training. This program caters to absolute beginner though to experienced athletes and will continuously develop your strength, mobility, endurance and flexibility through the training cycle. These foundational exercises are extremely important in order to progressively build our strength and mobility for more complex movements in advanced gymnastics training.
Intro to Gymnastics
Our handstand program is designed to improve your inverted body shoulder endurance and strength to advance shoulder mobility. If you want to improve your shoulder strength to be able to hold a handstand for a certain length of time, then this class is for you. We also take great focus on strengthening your core!
a one hour gymnastics program where participants have a structured class for 30 minutes and then its ‘free time’ to work on any particular skills you are looking to improve. 2 coaches dedicated to this program as everyone’s needs vary. Other circuits are developed for those looking to learn a few basic gymnastic skills. Designed for ex-gymnasts or those looking to simply work on the fundamentals of gymnastics.
This class focuses on building strength in both lower body especially the legs and glutes and upper body. Class operates on a high rep basis which maximises blood flow to the joints and connective tissue. Expect to get your sweat on.
